Product Manager - Workforce Management (WFM)

NICE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated product manager, who has vast experience in SaaS-based products, strong background in product management and has strong analytical skills to join our Workforce Engagement Management LOB.

What you'll be doing:
  • As a WFM Product Manager, you will define and bring to market an industry leading product using your domain expertise
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Own roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and other client commitments
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure on time deliveries of product releases
  • Conduct requirements gathering, reviews, and design review meetings with stakeholders, domain experts and technical architects
  • Analyze market trends and closely monitor product competitors
  • Act as the subject matter expert of the product area and market internally (engineering, sales, pre-sales, and marketing) as well as externally (business partners, customers)
  • Research, gather, and define product's business requirements from discussions with clients, partners, sales and other sources for current and future product releases
  • Cooperate with other NICE teams on product integrations
  • Ensure CSAT and value realization of the product
  • Use Agile Product Management methodology to manage product backlog and deliveries
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate and select new technologies for the WFM product
  • Work with marketing, release management and education teams on product materials. e.g., white papers, customer presentations, training presentations, videos, webinars, solution brochures, solution guides

What you'll need:
  • BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree
  • MBA - advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with and knowledge of Agile Product Management
  • Contact center and WFM experience - mandatory
  • Enterprise (B2B) software product management experience
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • High motivation and passion to lead and build a leading product
  • Performing business and technology analyses, based on product needs and industry trends
  • Developing concepts into business requirements
  • Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape to appropriately define and position the product
  • Innovate, think out of the box to create more value in the product
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributor
  • Working successfully with clients and business partners directly
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and a NICE person
