Job Description:
Consultant / Systems Engineer on the EET Production Support - Deployment and Maintenance Operations team, responsible for global enterprise workstation patch and compliance.Critical role for operational support of the enterprise workstations compliance process for vulnerability management.This is a position on the EET Production Support - Deployment and Maintenance Operations team, responsible for global enterprise workstation patch and compliance. Responsible to oversee and perform software patching job creation & progress, compliance reviews, and troubleshooting & remediation on enterprise workstations.The candidate should be a technical professional with operations technical analysis & troubleshooting experience, self-motivated, and able to drive for results & take ownership. Must work well with extended remote teams.Must be an excellent and strong organizer. The position requirescomplying with change windows and scheduling enterprise delivery of requiredsecurity vulnerability patches to avoid disruption of production processes.Candidate will need to work with the Lines of Business and other change andrelease stakeholder teams to ensure all patches have been tested, certified,and approved for implementation. Must be able to adapt to constantly changingpriorities, and new vulnerabilities will sometimes be higher priority forimplementation.
