Kelly Services has immediate openings for Customer Service Specialists to join a top client located in Richardson, TX.Role is Temp-to-hire
Must be able to work on site in Richardson, TX
Pay is $16/hr
Must be available to work in between the hours of 1030 am – 7 pm after training
Occasional Saturday 10-2 (maybe once per month)
What to expect?Our client, a research center is seeking customer service representatives to assist with reaching out to panelists/customers to engage them in a product study & schedule them for their participation. Training is provided for the first week.Must be computer/tech savvy and be able to toggle between screens/utilize many systems at once.
Must have strong customer service background and ability to learn new tasks
