- Develop, maintain and provide solutions to enforce policies and standards for the protection of user credentials.
- Provide 3rd level enterprise support for centralized smart card management and soft/hard token management systems
- Involvement in work to evolve and mature our MFA technologies
- Provides guidance in the development of end-to-end security solutions that leverage MFA
- Create and maintain design documents, security standards, user guides and help desk training for MFA solutions
- Research, identify, design, implement and support MFA security solutions.
- Integration of MFA with high risk applications
- SafeNet SaaS PCE solutions
- HID ActivIdentity/ActivClient or other smart card management solutions
- Deep Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows integration with public key infrastructure (PKI)
- Working knowledge of X.509 certificate authentication
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), and Azure Active Directory Connect
- Deep technical trouble-shooting and analytical skills
- Working with complex infrastructure solutions
- Authentication/Authorization standards, techniques and protocols (FIDO2, OAUTH, SAML/LDAP)
- Applied knowledge of modern scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting
- Fundamental ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain applications with current technologies and languages such as Angular, React, or Node.js
- Experience deploying applications to AWS
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to navigate a large organization & collaborate across locations
- Ability to communicate effectively while handling stressful challenges that impact a large portion of the organization
- Excellent written communication skills in the creation of research, guidance, procedural, and support documentation
