- Own preparation of RCA documents and present them to leadership, along with tracking corrective actions to be taken by application/infra/other teams;
- Analyze production environment stability and tickets and actively participate with Development Architects/Infrastructure Architects/Enterprise Architects to identify opportunities for permanent fixes that will stabilize production environment;
- Review Technical Design documents for new functionality/features being developed and identify risks to production environment;
- Ability to create presentations and give presentations to senior client leaders independently.
- Need to join Incident bridges for high priority incidents and ability to understand/explain technical issues in a business context as business leaders will join.
- Experience in any cloud environment is a plus.
