Fujitsu wants innovators like you!Req ID:[[id]]We are looking for a Manager of Total Rewards who will play a key role in providing both strategic and tactical support for total rewards management and administration with a primary focus on compensation. This includes providing insight on total rewards trends and providing expertise relative to the development of business specific programs that have significant implications. Lead the design, implementation, communication and administration of competitive total rewards programs, that align with the business strategy, goals and objectives of Fujitsu in the Americas. The role reports to the Head of Reward for the Americas and requires an individual who is analytical, keenly focused on maintaining efficient processes, and an experienced project manager with people management skills who can work across functions to execute key total rewards change initiatives.Responsibilities:

Lead the Compensation team across North America on all compensation activities and reward activities as delegated

Drive high individual, team, and organization performance by mentoring and coaching all team members

Manage the year-end pay review and bonus payment cycle. Partner with training, communications and systems colleagues to deliver processes to the HR community and the business

Evaluate and recommend changes to increase the effectiveness and competitive positioning of compensation practices, including base salary and annual bonus/incentive programs

Organize and oversee market total rewards and compensation analysis including participation in salary surveys, job evaluation, and analysis presentation

Coordinate and contribute to incentive re-design processes

Deliver total rewards analysis providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed HR/business decisions; explain pay differences found and partner with other team members on approach to address concerns

Prepare analyses and presentations for leadership

Represent the team on select corporate global initiatives

Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management

Maintain global compensation job structures, providing HR Business Partners and line management with tools to support compensation decisions

Oversee documentation of job descriptions and creation of roles/titles

Provide expert knowledge to assist in the selection of third parties to provide best-of-breed HR solutions and services

Assist in developing new or modified HR work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective HR solutions to clients

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR or related field required; MA/MS/MBA degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred

8+ years of progressive Compensation and/or HR/Finance experience and/or HR Consulting experience

2+ years of people management experience

Experience in incentive compensation program design and/or Reward integration resulting from M&A

Experience in managing Sales and Non-Sales Incentive programs

Ability to design, implement and execute effective Reward processes.

Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leaders and HR partners required. Strong consultative skills and the ability to build solid relationships with the management team, HR team, cross-functional internal partners and external providers/vendors

Led as well as participated in projects requiring analytical review and critical thinking. Excellent project management skills

Exceptional Analytical skills

Experience in job evaluation and role frameworks

Ability to work independently and be proactive in a high performance environment, possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience in designing Recognition programs preferred

Strong Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel skills (Advanced Level)

Global compensation experience working in a matrixed environment or complex multinational organization

Oracle HCM knowledge preferred
