Our South District team is hiring for a SPOT Coordinator! This team member will be growth and goal oriented, working with our service teams and providing high level support. This role will require daily administration and direct responsibility for new quotes, estimating, follow up – including issuance and tracking. This role is also responsible for scheduling, issuing, and tracking work orders in our system, through completion, as well as any associated costs, within SAP. The financials that this role is responsible for are part of an ongoing partnership with our operations personnel. The best candidate for this role will have experience driving revenue though available channels in support of this team.Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users, peers, and competitorsShare knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team abilityBecome a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offeringsYOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or GED
1 or more years’ experience in Service industry, such as Construction, within office management, project management team, working with contracts, vendors, and/or outside service teams
1 or more years’ experience working with SAP and MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook

Good presentation skills
