Job Description:
Role Specifics: The position is a direct report to the Specialty Lending Business Support Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Specialty Lending team provides fulfillment, service and operations across our specialty wholesale credit lines of business including Asset Based Lending and Dealer Financial Services as well as support for Middle Market, Small Business Banking and Global Commercial Bank construction loans. The candidate will have responsibility for the following:- Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex processes, systems and services in an operations environment.
- Lead and/or coordinate special projects, as requested by management
- Facilitate issue management program routines and oversight
- Gather and analyze risk and issue data to generate managementissue reporting
- Activities in support of our Specialty Lending Operations teams
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner across multiple levels
- Know how to use data/reports to drive tactical improvement and/or to communicate the business story
- Self-starter comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment
- Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a high proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail; exercise strong quality control over own work
- Ability to balance multiple needs, requests and goals
- Able to work under tight timelines with multiple priorities
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and exhibit flexibility
- BA degree
- Six Sigma Green Belt experience
- Project management experience
- Experience with Tableau, iCon, Loan IQ, Genesis and/or Stucky
- Strong Leadership skill
