Job Description

As the Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruiting Team in the procurement of qualified panelists for clinic product testing by providing visibility and insight on study requirements and needs. Will also be responsible for training and quality control of panelist recruiters.

  • Create and maintain the recruiting paperwork necessary to screen panelists.
  • Maintaining systems and work processes in accordance with internationally recognized quality management standards.

  • Interact with the internal panelist recruiting supervisor and panelist recruiting team members to understand the concerns and/or limitations necessary to assist with recruitment strategy.
  • Shadow clinical study starts and meet with PI’s to understand clinic restraints that could change recruiting paperwork and strategy, as needed
  • Establishing and regularly reviewing measurable quality production output (Efficiency Rate)
  • Create and Maintain recruiting training material
  • Train new panelist recruiters consistent with approved training materials
  • Oversee quality of panelist recruiting by monitoring calls, progress reports and conducting follow up training sessions, as needed
  • Provide Panelist Recruiting Management with assessments and progress reports of new and existing panelist recruiters.
  • Can be utilized as a panelist recruiter if necessary.
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Language Skills: English
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and E-mail)
  • Strong Verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sets per hour (after sufficient training)
  • Regular work attendance (as scheduled)
  • Ability to multi-task, strong attention
