MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• 6 or more years’ experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.• Excellent SQL knowledge.• Familiarity with Informatica and OBIEE.• Familiarity with Linux.DESIRED SKILLS:• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.• Some familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and Windows OS.• Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and agile methodology.JOB DUTIES:Provide Oracle Database Administrator support for multiple clustered Oracle databases and OBIEE reporting systems, supporting Telecommunication Telecommunication and 5G Home sales teams. Includes daily maintenance activities to ensure database integrity and availability. Also requires analyzing reported issues and resolving in a timely manner. Includes working with development teams to incorporate new features and functions. Also involves a migration project to the latest version of Oracle.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or related information technology work experience.Vacancy expired!
