We need a professional who is focused on high-value changes and adjustments that can improve our satisfaction rate and increase our overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in Power BI reporting, Microsoft .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL server, and SSIS package development.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business or related field and more than 5 years of experience.Write SQL queries and scripts in a sophisticated data warehouse & relational database environment.5 plus years of Power BI experience with expertise in using advance level calculations on the dataset, Microsoft .NET, C#, and MS SQL ServerProven ability to mentor other software engineers and data analystsExperience is reporting and database design and solution architectureExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to Agile COE customers and stakeholders and effectively present information.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWork with an Agile team to design, develop, and test a suite of reports to collect insights for decision-making.Mentor other members of engineering team.Build and maintain Power BI reports using various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, DAX queries and performance tuning.Design, develop, and maintain integrations between a data warehouse and various ALM systems such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira using a combination of REST API’s and direct queries.Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other objects in a sophisticated data warehouse & relational database environment.Create and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Collaborate with customers to create an outstanding product that provides insights for decision-making.Document code and requirements in a simple and sufficient approach.Investigate and resolve complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.ABOUT OUR TEAMThe Agile COE is a team of professionals within Digital & Technology that help people through the change process; our context is a slew of agile practices.
