Job Description:Assembly and/or testing of electro-optical components and hardware per Assembly Work Instructions, prints, or engineering instructions in or out of a clean room.
Complete all necessary written documentation as it applies to production routers.
Communicate with the area Group Leader or Value Stream Manager on the status of work in process.
Job requires standing and walking short distances up to 50% of the time, bending at the waist 5%, repetitive motions 5% and lifting, handling and / or carrying up to 27 lbs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills: No clearance required
US Citizen or US Person
Good dexterity skills required due to delicate handling of precision optical components.
Follow oral and written instructions and have overall good communication skills.
Familiar with Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work independently within a team environment
Shift flexibility is critical
Desired Skills: Optics/mechanical/electrical assembly experience.
Clean room experience .
