- While attending daily huddles, proactively communicate with manager and team members regarding project objectives, workload, impediments, and timelines.
- Collaborate with end-users and key stakeholders to gather functional requirements as well as user stories for desired technical solutions and integrations.
- Ensure business needs are being met across multiple complex initiatives.
- Contribute to evolving our solution design standards as well as innovating new standards.
- Learn from mistakes, fail fast and grow, while working well within our highly collaborative team.
- Minimum 5 years of system analysis, design, implementation, testing, rollout and documentation of software required.
- Experience translating business requirements from non-IT personal (end users, line of business managers and executives) into technical solutions is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills required.
- Ability to make risk-based decisions and operate with minimal supervision required.
- Flexibility in schedule and ability to provide after-hours level 3 or 4 support as required.
- Experience within financial services environment preferred.
- Strong drive for self-learning and problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
