The Workforce Technology function in Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is looking for Technical Analysts to drive the ongoing transformation and optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform specific to workforce data and technologies while embracing Agile principles committing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will make an ongoing impact by searching for ways to improve the accuracy, quality, and delivery of relevant data, reports and metrics to our key decision makers, allowing them to make more informed business decisions. Some duties and responsibilities include:

Technical Analyst (Cloud Engineer): AWS Account Administration, Service Enablement and Data Infrastructure

AWS service and Cloud infrastructure administration via Terraform and GIT CI/CD
Python automation
Dependency scanning, code testing, evidence of test controls
Infrastructure code reviews and merge request reviews
Role architecture, testing, maintenance of AWS roles, security and monitoring
AWS Infrastructure redundancy and disaster recovery architecture
Dataset migration, access, configuration, testing, storage, retrieval

Qualifications

We Are Looking For Candidates With:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the following

Languages: SQL, Python functional experience
Cloud Experience: AWS, IAM, Athena, Sagemaker, S3, Terraform, Lambdas
GitOps CI/CD pipeline development experience in AWS infrastructure development
Git Repository command experience: Branching, Merging, Revisioning
Dependency scanning, code testing, evidence of test controls

Additional Skills/Experience:

Role architecture, testing, maintenance of AWS roles, security and monitoring
AWS Infrastructure redundancy and disaster recovery architecture
Data configuration, testing, storage, retrieval
Data stewardship/governance best practices
Technical requirement gathering
Infrastructure code reviews
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
Work Methodology: Agile, Product Management
Two (2) years or more applied project(s) experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management
