- At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 3 years of test management experience in projects executed using scrum methodology. (Preferably in Digital projects)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Managing multiple agile QA teams in projects and ensuring on time testing completion.
- Estimation, test strategy, test planning, test execution for agile QA teams.
- Test Planning and tracking for individual sprints as well as overall release.
- Planning and coordinating different types of testing such Functional, UAT, performance, E2E and production implementation validation.
- Defect management process including reporting and triaging defects.
- Status reporting to different stakeholders such as Senior QA managers, Project Managers etc.
- Working with stakeholders such Project Manager, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters to ensure on time QA delivery.
- Java, Selenium, SOAP, Rest Assure, Web Services, Agile, DevOps, SQL qTest, JIRA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Test Automation including Framework development, Framework maintenance, Framework Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area. (It will be remote work for next 2-3 months because of COVID restrictions)
