Our Global Field and Partner Marketing – BTO team is a critical part of Dell Technologies Marketing organization. Our team provides shared capabilities for the broader Marketing organization including Integrated Strategy and Planning, Transformation Practice Program Management, Insights & Business Intelligence.What you’ll achieveAs a Planning & Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for driving integrated planning activities to set and align on Buyer Base and Program goals and bring analytical insights/intelligence to continually drive buyer health. You will work closely with key cross functional groups to further evolve our analytical/BI capabilities and bring value add insights to the business on buyer base and key programs (as needed).You will:Partner with Marketing, COCs, Finance and key stakeholders to deliver quarterly KPI goals for Buyer Base
Prepare and deliver executive-level content with global insights and actions on Buyer Base Performance and Select Programs (as needed)
Develop consistent and multi-layered frameworks to tie the impact of marketing actions to buyer health and business results
Increase efficiency and agility of our internal planning and business intelligence/analytics processes by partnering with key peer groups to share best practices and further drive innovation
Work with stakeholders to ensure metrics definitions are consistent globally
Develop and evolve analytical frameworks and modeling to improve BB planning
Analyze data, formulate conclusions, and provide summary analysis on Buyer Base and Program performance
Partner with data scientist, broader BI community, and key cross functional stakeholders to advance buyer base health planning and goal setting process

Business degree, MBA with strong analytical background
Advanced understanding of Program and plays processes
In-depth understanding of internal and external factors that drive customer growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially building and delivering slides to an executive audience
Exceptional knowledge on data management/presentation/data visualization (SQL, Power BI, Power Query, MDX, DAX, Power Point, Think Cell)
