We are engaging SMEs from the various functional areas to ensure that we leverage the expertise to design, develop and implement a comprehensive solution. This req is for the Sales Compensation SME, who will work with IQM analytics and workflow technology teams and provide expertise and consult on sales compensation plans design and administration.AOP, account & territory management, incentive compensation, quota are all integral part of the end -to-end process improvements planned in IQM. We are engaging SMEs from the various functional areas to ensure that we leverage the expertise to design, develop and implement a comprehensive solution.Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise and consult on end-to-end sales compensation process. This includes knowledge of –

compensation metrics - design and configuration

compensation plans – design and configuration

compensation roles – design and configuration

quota cube – creation and refresh of historical account sales data

quota letter distribution

general sales compensation administration

Provide required sales compensation information for Quota analytics team

Involve in quota analytics and quota workflow technology solutions design, development and testing

Involve in process documentation, training and communications

Involve and lead the design of quota cube replacement for historical account sales data

Lead the design of compensation planning functionality in Salesworks

Essential Requirements

Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage resources in a matrixed organization.

Ability to lead and influence others to achieve results.

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Advanced computer skills

5-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.

Deep expertise in the following areas

compensation metrics - design and configuration

compensation plans – design and configuration

compensation roles – design and configuration

quota cube – creation and refresh of historical account sales data

quota letter distribution

general sales compensation administration
