We seek men and women who share our values, thrive in a team environment, and recognize the importance of accountability; people who strive to exceed expectations to ensure our Clients' success.We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Program Operations Advisor to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Round Rock, TX.Key Responsibilities

Core focus on supporting and organizing Dell Cybersecurity’s Program Office, including:

Serving as a backup for the Global Operations Lead

Assisting with optimizing internal communications via various collaboration tools

Communicating with pillar leads to facilitate open dialog about our tools, processes, staffing, and strategic direction

People strategy, including:

Managing internal staffing plan

Creation and posting of job descriptions

Understanding pillar needs

Administrative tasks, including:

Creating and sending meeting invitations and related content

Tech Conference coordination

Assists with the creation of business/operations reviews content and delivery

Captures and tracks escalations and resulting action items

Assists with the creation of Executive Briefing Center content and delivery

Budget oversight in the following areas:

Advise on and provide guidance for yearly strategic (project/program) budget allotments and constraints.

Contribute to our adherence to quarterly run rates (both technology and labor)

Quarterly travel and expense consolidation and tracking

Quarterly people award expense consolidation and tracking

Coordinate and triage incremental spend requests

Coordinate with the Vendor Management Organization and SRO Finance on renewals and major new investments

Review and approve organizational spend requests.

Provide adhoc budgetary support guidance as needed.

Work closely with the CISO Program office, PMO and Finance teams to identify and understand areas of improvement, cost savings, spend acceleration opportunities and priorities.

Openly support the organization, the management team and executive leadership team, even during times of adversity.

Utilize open communications and managerial courage to ensure that the standards, expectations and goals of the organization are respected and upheld.

Identify areas of budgetary risk/opportunities that can impact projects/programs

Create and implement continuous improvements

Maintain awareness of tech trends, business unit conditions and internal process and practices that can impact project/program budget

Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience in a budgeting/spend and/or Operational Role

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the Ariba Procurement Platform a plus

Ability to effectively manage stress in a constantly changing environment.

Highly focused on supporting a strong cohesive team and security culture.

Excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions when working with complex situations.

Strong business acumen and forward-thinking.

High level of integrity, trustworthiness and confidence, representing the company and its management team with the highest level of professionalism.
