This role will collaborate with colleagues across Dell Digital IT and business units to ensure a high-speed, stable, and secure network platform.Responsibilities:Lead a global team that is responsible for core network within our global datacenter footprint

Iterate and implement the networking components of Dell Digital IT's overall Datacenter Strategy

Manages resourcing, capacity modeling and forecasts

Participates in the decision process on project management techniques to achieve program goals on time and on cost, while managing program risk

Build a strategy for enabling hardware solutions that impact the underlying performance of the platforms.

Works directly with the capacity planning team to ensure availability of equipment to meet/exceed project delivery timelines

7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills

Must possess a demonstrated understanding of appropriate network technologies, vendor products, and datacenter networking specific industry best practices

Ability to view situations objectively from different perspectives, frame situations, and make/drive decisions

Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup to achieve organizational strategic goal.

Desirable RequirementsMasters or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related. Experience working on or leading large scale networking footprints

Full network stack level architecture, design, and integration experience
