Responsible for building and managing an engagement model that connects Dell team members to opportunities that will accelerate Dell’s Gender Empowerment and Team Member empowerment agenda. Collaborates appropriately across the company and ERGs to consult and activate on internal engagement strategy initiatives.Coordinates D&I activation both internal and with key D&I partner organizations by implementing full partnership benefits including corporate conference presence. Works closely with D&I Strategist and internal Executive Sponsors aligned to each partnership. Utilizes established processes and appropriate channels for coordinating executive speaker presence at events and ensures executive preparation. Sets and communicates activation process for Business Unit (BU) participation in signature D&I external and internal events/conferences. Collaborates with HR, ERGs, and internal stakeholder groups to help inform and drive conference and partnership involvement. Manages processes and expectations to ensure consistency in engagements and accurate representation of the Dell Technologies brand to partners and internal attendees.Maintains an understanding of D&I partnership opportunities, past partnership considerations, and partnership assessments to provide guidance on perspective as needed. Tracks current partnership engagements to provide ROI read-outs and utilizes event feedback to inform changes to future events.Reviews, vets, and tracks D&I speaking/media opportunities in partnership with D&I communications team.Collaborates with D&I L&D to determine offering opportunities for team members and coordinate any requested content for L&D offerings.Provides support and project management of Disability, LGBTQ, and Veteran benchmarking surveys and awards
