Meet and exceed targets related to Revenue, Margin and team KPIs
Uses thought leadership to build internal and external customer relationships
Coaches team in technical selling and closing complex deals and assists others in keeping up-to-date on company’s technology, products, and services
Exhibits a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding
Organizes internal/external resources in response to customer/partner needs
Develops relations with key vendors and partners to better position industry technology within company solutions
Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs
Develops and implements account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives

Ability to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs
Direct and Indirect leadership skills
Experience identifying improvement opportunities with individuals and within segment
Ability to leverage experiences to lead individuals and team
Typically 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 4+ years managerial/leadership experience
Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
