The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to independently lead projects in addition to being responsible for daily activities that ensure the overall health of the organization from an administrative and staff management perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a technical infrastructure team responsible for large/complex infrastructure projects and engagements (including maintenance & support) with a focus on authentication-based technologies such as Directory Services, Single-Sign on and Multi-Factor authentication.

Manage a team of technical resources.

Accountable for all people-management activities for subordinate staff and responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the department.

Regularly interacts with senior leadership and customers.

Participate in change management quorums & help plan implementation of major change efforts.

Work cross-functionally with other leads in IT or business functions to meet project milestones and service levels.

Drive corporate programs and ensures deadlines are met while also ensuring that security goals and initiatives are successfully implemented.

Handle customer escalations and ensure best possible outcomes are achieved.

Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.

Initiating new or revised departmental procedures, programs and initiatives.

Develops mutually beneficial strategic alliances with customers.

Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals.

Communicates security risks and solutions to business partners and technology teams across the organization

Research, design, and advocate new technologies, standards, or methodologies that will strengthen our security posture, reduce our risk exposure, and improve our overall user experience

Review and update authentication and authorization polices, standards and procedures to raise the maturity of the program

Guide subject matter experts with technical decisions that align with Dell strategic objectives

Requirements

A degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or 8 years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurity.

Excellent communication skills

Experience in managing an infrastructure team

Knowledge of authentication and access management technologies

General understanding of Cybersecurity technologies

Understands what escalations are, and how to deal with them

Understands change management & Service management best practices with experience supporting global customers

CISSP or similar certification is a plus.
