Manage Finished Goods Inventory, Left to Build process at the Platform / FGA level leading cross functional team alignment on lock volumes

Coordinate recommendations with cross functional teams including PLM, Supply/Demand, Field Marketing Managers, Sales and Unit Production Plan

Lead left to sell process/metrics with weekly review, identification of risk to the plan, mitigation options and accountability to segments in order to meet end of marketing life schedules

Drive to identify root cause in high visibility demand/supply issues: On the fly analysis of data, alignment with procurement, Unit Production Plan planning, supply chain or other teams. Identify options and recommended next steps to resolve

Drive teams to develop and execute action plans to minimize risk: Drive Plan of Record on all projects/responsibilities, ensure teams agree and execute

Manage DSI and FGI key performance indicators and coordinate with cross functional teams including Supply/Demand, CPFR, PLM, Merchants, Marketing, Unit Production Plan, and Sales to ensure that proper actions plans are executed to maintain EOQ goals

Executive communication and presentations regarding lock recommendation, risk mitigation, pipeline and market analysis

Understand transition strategy and detail, lead regional discussion regarding upcoming transition planning, risk and alignment

Strong executive communication skills

Cross organizational influence at senior levels

Strong business acumen in Supply Chain/Demand Operations & Planning

Requirements:

Degree and 8+years relevant demand supply experience to include: seasonality, Quarter/quarter and Year/year growth rates, market share goals, product life cycle, large orders and promotions, marketing, transition management

Knowledge of predictive analytics (big data), forecast methodologies, risk mitigation, order management and fulfillment concepts and processes

Strong excel skills: Basic knowledge in formulas or ability/interest to learn very important (VLOOKUP/SUMIFS/CONCATENATE/ETC).

Demand waterfall analysis, segment level identification, ability to find root cause in demand driven issues

Ability to independently and deeply analyze/verify data from other teams regardless of format or source (demand data at UPP, MPP, MBP, MRP levels)

Understanding of procurement process, cost, commitments, and lead-time implications for commodities

Ability to execute cost benefit analysis. i.e. sell/scrap decisions, cost per box curve creation in scrap analysis
