The Pharmacy Specialist will be responsible for the development, oversight, documentation and development of best practice recommendations for the specialist's area related to technological initiatives and regulatory compliance. The Pharmacy Specialist develop core strategies within the specialist area and assist in the development and implementation of facility-specific pharmacy policies and procedures that falls within the realm of system-wide standards in the specialist's area. The Pharmacy Specialist analyze and prepare reports on the effectiveness of core strategies implemented. The Pharmacy Specialist participate in the customization, build and maintenance of relevant systems. The Pharmacy Specialist identifies and provides opportunities for the staff to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to contribute to the success of the department.The ideal candidate is patient and compassionate and pays attention to detail
