All this, and a company deeply committed to integrity and responsibility.Key Responsibilities:As Product Management Consultant you will work with a team and across business functions, envisioning our technical CRM features/modules and then working with vendors, architects, developers, UX and users to create and launch it:
Manage products through their entire life cycle, and support decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL)
Support business case for enhancements or new products
Lead requirements gathering and management; provide simple interpretation
Lead preparation for external and internal product events
Essential Requirements:
12 years of experience plus a Bachelor’s degree (or 8 years plus a Master’s degree, OR equivalent additional work experience)
Product owner/product manager experience, preferably in the CRM space and technology/technical solutions industry
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences
Strong technology skills relating to Customer Relationship Management implementations
Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
Excels in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product along with Business Development
Own the technical platform lifecycle, which includes defining the technical product roadmap, working closely with the cross-functional team on feature specifications, collecting/resolving requirements from all relevant stakeholders, and making decisions about implementation and resource trade-offs
Prioritize features and specifications, applying budget, timeline and other constraints
