As part of this team, we devise product and solution strategies and product roadmaps, and look to the market for opportunities to make sure our offerings maximize profitability and remain competitive.Join us as a Principal Trade Compliance Product Manager on our Information Technology team within Trade Compliance Team.What you'll achieve:As a Product Management Consultant in IT, you will apply broad knowledge of the company's products and services to identify new areas of growth, new technology and emerging product opportunities. You will evaluate in-depth market analysis and drive the business case for optimization of existing products and creation of next generation products. You will work with U.S. and multinational companies, understand national and international trade requirements, and align client trade functions with their business objectives.You will:- Single point of accountability for the Trade Product in supporting our strategy, including business solution concepts, user stories etc. for KTLO, growth & enterprise level needs- Collaborates with business partners to determine software requirements & system impacts- Defines persona-based & customer-centric outcome-based roadmaps that align to key opportunities & strategic partnerships- Interface with internal stakeholders, external customers & users to validate business; partners with engineers to drive alignment on those interests and ensure the development of key outcomes- Manage, support and improve products through the entire life cycle and helping to assist in Training the AMS Teams for supporting roles of the new delivery- Work extensively with the Feature Teams to manage the Sprint Workloads and Prioritize with the Business requests- Manage requirements gathering and provide advanced interpretation and recommendations- Be a subject matter expert for external and internal product eventsTop Skills Details:-Product Manager with 6+ years of related trade compliance or manufacturing experience relating to product management, design, test and quality-Experience in either Global Trade Management (GTM), Trade sphere, Amber Road AND/OR OTM (Oracle Transfer Management)-Experience working within a global technology organization-A deep understanding of business and global trade laws -Knowledge within the Trade Compliance Business Practices (Restricted Party Screening, Documentation, etc.)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Additional Requirements:-Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups and Leading the Domain-Excellent understanding of competitors and their products, as well as potential partner relationships for the product-Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups.-Knowledge of RPLS and Import/Export DocumentationAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
