The position will be located in either Round Rock, TX, or Hopkinton, MA or another Remote US location in those time zones.This individual contributor role will join Dell Cybersecurity’s Identity & Access Management team (110 + people) to lead organization strategy and operations. This is accomplished through collaboration with the IAM technology leadership as well as leaders from the broader Security and Resiliency Office (SRO). Primary responsibilities include program management, budget management, metrics/reporting, planning and participation in cross-functional initiatives. The Consultant will also lead process improvement initiatives to enable the team to gain operational efficiencies and scale for increased demand. This role reports to Cybersecurity’s Director of Identity & Access Management.Responsibilities:

Provides guidance in managing programs and/or projects from planning/initiation through delivery to operations; conducts regular reviews with project managers, finance, technology partners and customers to ensure program is on track

Oversee pillar demand and help establish a capacity management framework for fulfillment

Coordinate quarterly Travel & Expense forecasts and actuals tracking.

Participate in roadmap planning to drive project budget estimates with managers and leads

Coordinate weekly/monthly operational review content, updates for SRO newsletters, award nominations, etc

Work with the Vendor Management Office and SRO Finance on license & maintenance renewals, SOW processing, PO generation

Consistently track contingent labor used across IAM

Generate additional/metrics reporting to help better understand the effectiveness of the operations

Develop strong relationships within SRO to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and help resolve operational issues

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in program/project management, portfolio management, process mapping, strategic planning or similar field

Bachelor's degree in related field

Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results

Pragmatic, knowledgeable, and politically aware

Strives for customer satisfaction at all levels of the company

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities

Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements in order to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Aware of industry trends as well as contractual and legal obligations

Knowledgeable about cybersecurity policies and standards

Results driven and accountability-minded

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Prior experience in security, risk management or technology preferred but not required
