It’s a wide-ranging area – from tax research, planning and compliance, through to developing and implementing systems to support data collection, analysis, preparation and submission. Whether preparing and completing tax returns and reports, catching up with the latest developments in tax law or answering enquiries from a host of internal and external customers, we’re always switched on and on top of our game.Key Responsibilities
Leading a dynamic and energetic global Transfer pricing team
Partnering with international tax teams to identify and implement transfer pricing policies globally
Partnering with cross-functional groups as they develop new business initiatives
Partnering with acquisition integration teams on transfer pricing requirements
Engage in strategic Transfer Pricing initiatives, including M&A support and operating model design/evolution
Planning and negotiating transfer pricing positions with relevant government authorities under audits and through Advance Pricing Agreements
Manage TP operations and filing of Transfer Pricing compliance and reporting
Essential Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in transfer pricing at a Big 4 public accounting firm, law firm, or tax department of a large multinational corporation
BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business with Accounting background/knowledge
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment
Ability to partner and work collaboratively across teams
Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Decisive, team-focused leader who can partner within the tax department and across all functions outside of the organization effectively
