We support easy to use tools for architecture development, develop customer presentations, blogs, articles and pre-sales material that tell people exactly what they want to know. Responsibilities:Write solution (deployment, how-to, and best practice) documents (40 to 200 page) covering Networking technical concepts to ensure our solutions are well understood and utilized to the greatest extent possible.Create demos and hands-on-labs that enable our field teams to share our solution's capabilities with customers.Assist and perform training events, demos, and customer discussions.Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to transactions.Work with customers on complex deployments to help ensure successful product deployment.Work closely with Product Managers and provide product feedback for future development.
