We are happy and excited you are wanting to be a part of our company.
You do not need to have experience in the field but need to have a very good attitude, be a fast learner, be responsible, be stable, and great at sales. This job is very easy and we give you your space in your own office. We usually have 1 person to 2 people max in our offices so you can make the most bonuses in our offices. This is not a job you see posted where they advertise fake promises. We are a stable company growing and you will grow with us with your monthly pay increasing as goals are reached in your office. You have your own space, own desk, and set schedule. We are very lenient, give you a lot of freedom, and don't have someone watching over you. But you have to have good customer service, great at sales, no attendance issues, and be responsible. But of course you are required to be working throughout the day on tasks and on time daily.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: SALES MANAGER & INSURANCE AGENT
You will be selling insurance, making changes on customers polices, taking customers payments, and quoting new customers. You must be able to speak Spanish for this position.
Pay information
$2000 a month + Bonuses - with Sales Experience
$2200 a month + Bonuses - If you have a insurance License and sales experience
Pay comes to approximately and $9.00 an hour to $15.00 an hour depending on sales experience, licensed as an insurance agent, management experience etc.
Please make sure you can work the hours before calling
Work hours:
Monday thru Friday - 9am to 7pm
Saturday - 10am to 5pm
Sunday OFF

Benefits and Bonuses Structure:
-Pay comes to approximately $9.00 an hour to $15.00 an hour depending on sales experience, licensed as an insurance agent, management experience etc.
-Raises: Raises are given yearly. As long as your sales increase & have good attendance and you try your best at it, you can go very far in this company instead of jumping job to job.
-Medical, Dental, and Vision (Offered after being with the company for 60 days) which we pay 50% and you pay 50% .
-Vacation Time off : After you are with us for one year we offer paid vacation every six months
-SUNDAYS OFF
