Multi-Family Business Development/QA
Purpose of the Job:
The Multi-Family Business Development/QA is responsible for scheduling, overseeing, and assuring quality of interior apartment projects according to the specified scope. The Supervisor will communicate directly with numerous apartment property management personnel and Company leadership.
Duties include:
QA 40%
Assist in developing database of local contractors to include interviewing, testing, and training as needed
Work with area supervisor to coordinate and schedule all required services to be completed with contractors and maintain daily production schedule
Interface with property management staff, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers as required
Walk active projects daily to verify work is being performed according to specifications and determine plan of correction if deficiencies exist
Ability to work with several contractors on multiple sites
Assist with other projects as assigned by management
Comply with Countertop and Cabinet Solutions policies, procedures, standard reporting and quality standards to ensure consistency in execution and operations
Business Development 60%
2 years outside sales experience preferred

Dependable, responsible, strong work ethic
High energy, self-starter and ability to work independently
Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
This is an entry level position with HUGE growth potential
Requirements:
Experience in Multi-family construction
Bilingual a plus but not required
Must be computer literate (basic word, excel, and email skills)
Exceptional organizational skills
Drug-free with valid driver's license
Willingness and ability to travel
