INSURANCE AND BUSINESS AGENCY IS HIRING
EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE
We are currently seeking highly self-motivated and friendly CSR for active insurance and business agency. Interested candidates must have 3 years customer service experience, with two years being in an office environment. Prior Insurance or Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Job Duties: assisting clients in person or over the phone, administrative work, prospecting and cross-selling.
Skills: Extensive knowlege working with word, excel and outlook. QuickBooks is a plus.
Candidate must have a high sense of responsability to detail, be punctual, organized, and work well under stress. Must have an I can attitude and be team oriented. Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and must have own transportation.
