We are getting ready to hire for a position in our company that requires skills in the areas of brokering long haul loads, sales, customer service, and dispatching to name a few. A great fit for this job is someone who has experience in the trucking/transport industry and is enthusiastic, professional, and very good with details. This is a trucking company based in the San Antonio area, but we do long haul loads around the US, so if you have experience working with the logistical side of trucking (either transportation broker agent or load dispatcher and getting loads from truckstop.com or DAT) that will put you at the top of the list, but we are willing to consider a quick learner who already has experience in sales/customer service/dispatching. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be professional (business casual in dress & business professional in speech)
Must be able to pass a background screening (no felonies in the last 10 years) & pre-employment drug testing
Must be available to start work at 7AM-8AM (TBD)
Must have reliable self transportation (public transportation is limited)
Must be available to work on weekends (exact schedule TBD)
Must have experience using a computer at previous employment (applicants will be tested in various areas)
Must have proficient computer/technology skills, and adept at learning new technology (applicants will be tested)
Must have experience in sales/customer service (via phone and email) and be kind and courteous under pressure
Must have code word for pre-screening phone call: truckstop
