Job director
Directors are responsible for ensuring that our center operates to the absolute highest standards of care and for driving our reputation as the number one drop-in center in the area. They are committed to building exceptional teams of talented and dedicated teachers who share our key values of providing friendly, honest and loving care for our customers. Our Directors are the heart and soul of our center and are therefore given the freedom and responsibility to run the center in a manner that meets or exceeds each individual community's needs.
Director qualifications are
Must be 21 years old and have high school diploma or GED and meet one of the following:
Education: 1. A bachelor degree with 12 hours in child development & 6 hrs in business management
Experience: at least 1year of experience in LCCC
Education:
2. An associate's of applied science degree or a closely related field with 6 colleges credit hours in child development &6 in business management
Experience:
2. At least 2 years of experience in a LCCC
Education:
3. 60 college credit hrs with 9 college credit hrs in child development & 6 in business management
Experience:
3. At least 2 years of experience in A LCCC
Education
4. A child care administrator certificate from a community college with at least 15 college credit hrs in child development and 3 in business management
Experience
At least 2 yrs of experience in A LCCC
Education
5. A child development associate credential or certificated child care professional credential 6 hrs in business management (expires )
Experience
At least 2 yrs of experience in A LCCC
6. A day care administrator credential issued by a professional organization or educational institutions and approved by licensing (expires)
Education:
7. 9 college credit hrs in child development and 9 in business management
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in A LCCC
