Voice Engineer Needed! Apex Systems is helping a Fortune 500 Financial Service Client bring on a Voice Engineer. Remote, contract with potential to hire, and looking to start ASAP. Looking for experience with LRT and HMR, Oracle SBCs, ASCs, and EOM in large contact center environment, experience troubleshooting SIP message flows and complex call flows in a multi-vendor platform and multiple carrier circuit. - Designing protocols, troubleshooting networking systems, making sure systems work at recommended levels, and monitoring voIP protocols.
- "Voice transport" - work with AT&T and Verizon via circuits
- Process real time media and signaling to direct the call
- Support/maintain/configure/bug fix and troubleshooting Oracle SBC's
- 4+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Oracle SBCs, Application Session Controllers, and EOM in a large contact center environment. Expert in SIP and H323 protocol and their implementation including QoS
- 4+ years of experience integrating with Call Recording, Cloud IVR
- 4+ years of experience configuring and maintaining LRTs, developing HMRs
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting SIP message flows and complex call flows in a multi-vendor platform and multiple carrier circuit (VZB and ATT)
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools NetScout, Wireshark, SNMP
- Working knowledge Voice Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
- Knowledge of SRE / SDLC / Scrum/ project management tools Agile / Jira / Q-test.
- Python Programing / Java Script / APIs and dashboard tools (Grafana)
- Knowledge of Cloud Solutions
