Job Requirement for Guidewire Developer :Primary Roles and Responsibilities: The Senior Guidewire Developer be responsible for helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and with strong technical hands on experience in Guidewire Claims Center. The roles and responsibilities as below.• Provide technical leadership and development of Insurance Claims system projects.• Devise or modify technical solutions to solve problems. • Design, code, test, debug and document programs. • Collaborate with IT management, project or maintenance team members and other team members to evaluate, design, and provide technical solutions • Act as an internal technical mentor and consultant. • Develop sound, cost-effective applications to achieve customer needs• Providing technical solutioning for versioning upgrade for GWCCQualification/Skills Required• ACE Certified GW Developer Professional with min of 3 years of Development experience.• Strong Guidewire Insurance Suite experience, specifically expertise with ClaimCenter.• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming • Ability to assess, architect and design new ClaimCenter integrations.• Proven experience with the design, development, modification and deployment of software using Agile methodology, source version control, and release management tools. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms less technical people can understand.• Previous experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing concepts and toolsJob Requirement for Guidewire Architect:Architect, ideate, design and build cloud solutions around insurance platforms and core insurance processes. Work with Core P&C platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek) to deliver vendor SaaS solutions.Define approach / solutions for on-prem to cloud movement.Help estimate/solution on-prem to cloud movement.
