AWS ETL Developer for our client in San Antonio, TX Job Title: AWS ETL Developer Job Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Understand business requirements and convert in to the design.
- Understand AWS infrastructure and services for development work.
- Create ETL jobs using Python/Pyspark to fulfill the requirements.
- Create AWS Lambda for event-based jobs.
- Automate ETL process using AWS step and CTRL-M functions.
- Build and load data into data warehouses.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders on the benefits of the proposed solution/design.
- Be a good team player.
- Able to help team members troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on releasing the final code to production.
- Deep technical skills in AWS Glue(Crawler, Data Catalog, DataBrew) (2 to 3 years).
- ETL & data process automation(2 to 3 years).
- Lambda, Cloud Formation (2 to 3 years).
- Oracle & Netezza SQL, PL/SQL(2years).
- AWS PostgreSQL, STS, Aurora.
- Amazon EMR: 2 years.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Urban code, GitLab, Jenkins, Python.
- SAFe agile experience.
- SAFe certified.
