- Independently troubleshoots operations and architecture-related issues in Production and Non-production architecture components.
- Works with the technical architecture, operations, and development teams to design and implement solutions based upon requirements and designs.
- Works with partner datacenters to plan, schedule, execute, and validate infrastructure/architecture work.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for improvements to tools and services.
- Supports the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) for new software releases
- Manage Suite of Business Intelligence Applications.
- AWS or similar Cloud Platform
- Scripting Languages (examples: Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Ansible, etc)
- Linux or Infrastructure Administration
- Programming Languages (Java, C, C, C#, Ruby, etc)
- Troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with external vendors
- Ability to interpret what the external vendor is asking you to do.
- Experience in building out Tableau.
- Capable of Independent Research and Troubleshooting.
- SIEM or log aggregation tools (Splunk, ArcSight, or similar)
- Application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Nagios, or similar)
- Networking
- Ansible Experience - 6 months - 1 year
