DescriptionResponsibilitiesThe CenterWell Pharmacy Resolution Pharmacy Technician 3 addresses concerns and requests as needed through intake processes from all lines of the business. Will triage concerns that require consultation with a pharmacist. Makes outbound calls as needed to discuss concerns and offer a resolution. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests to identify resolutions that support the member and the business. This includes interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques. Communicate directly with Senior Leadership as needed.
