NoOther Skills PreferredThorough knowledge of higher education policies and procedures within the enrollment field.Experience using SQL tools.Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Salesforce CRM.Description of Job DutiesThe scope of this position is to perform highly complex data management tasks, including data conversion, de-duplication, data migration, and identification and repair of data quality issues within the university CRM platform.Assist departments with batch data importing of physical and digital data and assist in the development of the data import process into the CRM platform. This is to include the following:

a. Verify that data files are correct in format and quality before importing.

b. Importing data from various data loader tools into the CRM platform.

c. Importing data on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc schedule (dependent on data source)

d. Scheduling for data relay that is optimal for assisted departmentsIdentify and reconcile routine and complex data input discrepancies and assist in the continual development of the data cleaning process. This is to include the following:

a. Mass profile de-duplication

b. Mass deletion of file upload records

c. Ad-hoc mass updates or deletion of records

d. Ad-hoc profile de-duplication via submitted support tickets

e. Monitor tables within the Student Information Systems in conjunction with CRM system tables, in order to note any data discrepancies caused by data integration.Produce routine and specialized reports. Disseminates reports according to established procedures and uses business intelligence and data analytics techniques to respond to, coordinate and execute information requests.Assist with the data needs for the contact center platform (dialer technology) and daily review the dialer call lists that are needed.Works with the CRM applications administrator and with our University Technology Solutions in regard to the following:

a. Testing new field integrations into the CRM platform

b. Record updates that may have been transmitted incorrectly

c. Provide resolution to integration errors caused by org settings

d. Provide insight into CRM-side manipulation of integrated data

e. Troubleshoot and report the issue for collaborative resolution.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation related to the Data Import Process, Data Cleaning Process, and Data Reporting Process. Maintain expert knowledge in the required standard tools and data frameworksTroubleshoots, analyzes problems, and resolution for data related issues. Conduct testing within the testing environment, prior to implanting changes in production. Test for errors within the CRM platform, and provide potential paths to resolution.Assist users in general best-practice use within the CRM platform and respond to requests for support and training on relevant applications and to troubleshoot applications problemsMaintain security at the highest level by ensuring that security standards and protocols are recognized and followed. Collaborate with fellow infrastructure teams to develop, test and ensure implementation of security best practices and policies.Perform other duties as assigned.Posting Open Date
