If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Center Design Lead to join our KPMG's Delivery Network for Audit organization.Responsibilities:Works with Global Audit Leadership and KPMG Delivery Network leadership to understand the KDN Audit vision, develop the delivery center enablement strategy, report progress and resolve issues

Oversees the development of the target operating model design for the KDN Audit initiative including key governance, people, technology and process considerations

Partners with the KDN Audit Solutions Lead to understand priority services and solutions and jointly develop a plan to operationalize them within the KDN Audit delivery center network

Builds and leads a team of professionals to stand-up new centers, certify existing centers, implement enabling technologies and mobilize other activities necessary to bring the KDN vision to life

Develops collaborative working relationships with representatives of KPMG member firms to build enthusiasm, collect input, identify potential accelerators and address concerns

Partners with change and communications professionals to oversee the development of an effective member firm activation and adoption program; identifies and adheres to applicable policies as established by the global firm, participating member firms and the KDN Audit program

Qualifications:Minimum ten years of recent experience planning, designing, building or operating delivery center related initiatives

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of target operating model elements and specific considerations for delivery center initiatives, specific knowledge of Audit services and/or KPMG's delivery centers preferred

Experience designing, building and launching new services within multiple delivery centers

Familiarity with industry standards (CMMI, ISO) and other levers to drive quality

Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset, ability to lead a large, geographically diverse teams through obstacles, complexity and uncertainty to reach our collective goals
