You will be tasked with the management of device configurations via JAMF, management of OS versioning, administration of the O/S servicing model, deployment of policy, patch management and vulnerability remediation. You will also be r esponsible for mentoring junior level team members in expanding their technical knowledge and skills, as well as support the product owner in road mapping and planning around future plans for the Apple fleet. Here's what you need:U.S. Citizenship
4 years of Mac OS support in an Enterprise environment
4 years of JAMF Pro or equivalent Mac based configuration management product
1 year of Bash Scripting
Other required skills:Proven Ability to work independently and as a team member
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Bonus points if you have:JAMF certification and/or other Apple Certifications
Familiarity with NIST 800-171 standards and or CMMC
Familiarity with DISA STIGs
MacOS Security Compliance Project
Automation
Service Now
Familiarity with Agile methods
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
