Guidewire Architect, San Antonio, TX, FTE

To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion. (1.) To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery. (2.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements. (3.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. (4.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.Additional requirement : - Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification - Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter - In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices - Extensive experience in o Guidewire integration mechanisms o Data model o Rules o Configurations o Admin data management o Performance monitoring and tuning - Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration (clustering, database configurations) - Extensive experience in o SAFe Agile methodology o End to end Guidewire implementation knowledge o Estimation, planning, and development processes - Communication skill and team coordination skills

2.Guidewire Data Analyst, San Antonio, TX, FTE To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion(1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review.(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Additional requirement : A Guidewire data analyst Lead is expected to carry out the following- Requirement Elicitation- Source data and target data mapping- Build and deliver application to various environments.- Prepare MPP. Assign tasks. Track Status. Use metrics to monitor the stream level Non compliances.- Prepare Design documents.- Write Pseudo code- Customizing the Guidewire Product- Data Model Development- Business Logic (Rules) Development - PCF Screen ( User Interface) Development- LOB Mapping- Localization for different Locales- Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement- Prepare UTC and perform unit testing.- Perform peer review- Mentor Junior developers
