Help Desk Specialist (JWICS-22-1054-W) Bowhead seeks a Requirements Help Desk Specialist to provide support to the 690 Intelligence Support Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio. The Help Desk Specialist will act as the central focal point for gathering IT project requirements and ensure they are routed to the proper work centers for action, as well as, keep the customer informed and up-to-date on project status, evaluate each requirement to ensure all required information is provided, and oversee routine small requirements from beginning to closure.
Requirements Requirements: - Qualified as a Certified System Administrators (MCSA) in the current and/or previous Windows OS with 2 years of experience, or be a Microsoft Certified Professionals with 3 years of experience. - 2 years of experience in operating and managing a requirement/help desk, and using a project management tracking system. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret/SCI clearance at this location.
