Job Description
The OpportunityThe KIPP IT Support Services team is looking for summer contractors to help with annual technology management projects. During the scope of this project, the IT Support Services Contractor will support summer projects ranging from Chromebook collection, cleanup, and distribution to the reimaging and asset management of staff technology. This will start on May 16th, 2022 and end on August 31, 2022.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Accountabilities
The IT Support Services Contractor will support the collection of 35k+ technical devices (e.g. laptops, chromebooks, hotspots, etc) by:
- Working closely with the IT team to collect, image, clean, and assign Google Chromebooks
- Being responsible for collecting asst information and required to accurately upload into asset tracking system
- Will be required to travel from school to school to help with Chromebook management

Skills
- Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments
- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and firm schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy required
- Excellent organizational skills required
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s licenses
- Experience working in a school district, CMO, non-profit or government agency is a plus.
