Lead ITIL 4 Practice Management Specialist

Position Description CGI Federal is seeking highly-qualified, motivated professionals to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Information Technology Service Integrator (EITSI) program. This critical technical program will simultaneously transform the DHA's existing IT infrastructure, enterprise services, governance, and organizational change management through Multisourcing Services Integration (MSI), while also providing large-scale Global Service Center (GSC) help desk support.

Your future duties and responsibilities The Lead ITIL 4 Practice Management Specialist works within the Operations Management Office (OMO), and leads business process reengineering, business process modeling, project management, and leverages technical knowledge of ITIL 4 practice definition, design, and implementation for the Service Management Manual. Performs independent thinking and complex tasks and may provide minimal supervision of tasks to others.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressive technical management experience/or an Associate's degree with nine (9) years progressive technical and managerial experience demonstrating positions trending toward the required proficiency equivalency desired:o Minimum of five (5) years with technical management experience o Ability to articulate and convey advanced technical concepts in presentations and client meetings pertaining to the practice of Configuration Managemento Ability to produce high quality Configuration Management practice and technical documentationo Experience in the planning and implementation of a CMDB in a ServiceNow environment• ITIL 3 Intermediate Certification or ITIL4 Specialist Certification level• IAM Level II Certification required (one of the following active certifications are required to achieve IAM Level III with five (5) years of technical management experience: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO, HCISPP)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• A Federal Investigative Standard (FIS) Tier 3 background investigation is desired for this position.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
