Purpose of JobWe are currently seeking a talented Marketing Campaigns Manager Senior for the San Antonio Home Office I.Leads the creation, facilitation and / or execution of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels including - not limited to - media, direct, sponsorships and digital. Responsible for one or more of the following areas: ongoing management of agency resources; creating, managing and/or executing campaigns; and/or managing budgets.Collaborates and develops partnerships with various internal and external resources to develop and deliver marketing communications for one or more of the following: go-to-market plans, integrated tactical plans, project plans, milestone schedules, and/or creative strategy.Job RequirementsTasks:

Develops and oversees overall project management of multiple, complex marketing campaigns and plans.

Effectively directs Agency to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.

Coordinates and gains alignment with peers, enterprise partners and senior management.

Responsible for communication of program, project and /or campaign through various reports/tool as required.

Serves as a primary resource to team members on escalated matters of an unusual nature.

Applies advanced knowledge of marketing principles.

Applies an advanced understanding of resource tools to assess performance against marketing objectives.

Begins to identify opportunities for review.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.

4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Experience:

6 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas: direct response, sponsorships/events marketing, advertising, sales, digital or overall campaign management.

Advanced knowledge of marketing industry and practices.

Experience influencing business decisions, facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teams, motivating and collaborating with key stakeholders, and implementing change management.

Experience collaborating with brand managers to gather business requirements and objectives, and serves as liaison between partners and creative services team (including creative strategy, creative team and production),

Experience providing regular communication and project management for internal creative agency.

Experience processing and prioritizing project requests, scheduling and managing team capacity, facilitating project timelines and adherence to schedules, mitigating risks to delivery.

Experience leading creative development process, as well as in broadcast and multichannel productions

Worked directly with or worked at an external advertising agency

Financial services and/or Insurance industry marketing experience
