- Integrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languages
- Work closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation, report design and implementation.
- Work with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge
- Provide input to NICE’s Product Management group on how to enhance future products.
