Job Description:SummaryThis position will be a direct report to the Sr. IT Portfolio Manager and responsible for the following activities:Onsite information gathering for IT assets, AV equipment and other miscellaneous electronicsWorking with departmental staff (move coordinators) to coordinate times to review assets onsiteDocumenting assets, their locations and other pertinent information as neededCoordinating review meetings with departmentsFollowing up with departments to complete asset documentationWorking directly with the ITSD asset management teamWorking directly with the Project Lead to coordinate departmental move activitiesRapid response coordination for any move activitiesDocumenting of meetings, conversations and dissemination of meeting minutesRecording of action items and follow up on statusCoordination of meetings with vendors and key IT stakeholdersFollow up with vendors and key IT stakeholdersOther coordination activities as required RequirementsMust live in San Antonio or surrounding areaBe able to work onsite 5 days a weekCubicle will be providedWork between the hours of 8 am – 5 pmOccasional work on the weekends as requestedAble to pass a national background checkPositive, professional and humbleTeam oriented SkillsProficient with Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets)Proficient with Microsoft WordEffective and accurate communications (written and spoken)Able to review, understand, plan to and communicate scheduled deadlinesAble to proficiently use a computerAble to effectively listen and document Experience5 Years experience in project coordinator roleMust have worked with large multi-disciplinary teamsExperience working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
