- Require minimum 5+ years of experience in QA lead role with Mainframe systems testing preferably FIS Systematics core banking systems such as IMPACS(IM), Savings Time (ST)
- Strong banking domain experience with Deposits product background such as Checking and Savings accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Develop and maintain quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists starting at project design phase, for all current and new applications.
- Hands on experience in project management and test management tools
- Ready to learn new technologies and applications
- Effective participation in stand ups, scrum meetings etc.,
- Knowledge in Automation Testing and Performance Testing are added advantage.
- Owning complete responsibility for the delivery on time with high Quality.
- Proper Communication to be incited to get the clarification, QA signing Off, Daily Defect Report, Regular team discussion.
